I need to do a project for botany that surrounds plants being used as therapeutic means. In the lab, I will be doing an antibiotic/microbiological screening of the plant. The plant will be extracted and t-streaked on a petri dish. Antibiotic disks will be placed on the plant extract.
Tea Tree
Eucalyptus
Aloe Vera
You might need to be more specific. There are a lot of plants with therapeutic benefits, but not necessarily Antibiotic.

Please help me with this, i also need a list of gardening equipment..or where i can find them..
I would call a hoe, a shovel, a rake a gardening tool. A tiller, a mulcher, garden hose would ge gardening equipment. All of these can be found at any hardware store, most nurseries or WalMart, Sears, etc

I have flowers from an event that have been air drying for over a year (sort of forgot about them). Since they’ve become fragile, I’m concerned over typical methods used to wax fresh flowers because I’m afraid the wax will be too thick and will cause my flowers to break. Is there anything that can be done to thin the wax down or is there another approach that could be used to preserve them?
you need to try to re moisten them. Depends on what kind of flowers they are. Most flowers will moisten up enough to allow you to put wax on them without the wax looking ro thick
