Good ground cover with brilliant flowers and inticitely desighned leaves: Portulaca pazazz (Grows real fast)
Creepers (dont take up any space as they go on walls or fences): Bouganvilla (actully flowers more if it&#039;s having a tuff time), otherwise Jasmine (It smells delisious!)
Rock roses are cool (also called cistus) can take lotsa heat and looks real pretty. Cassia tree has small sweat pea flowers and doesn&#039;t go bigger than bout 3 meters. There are some suggestions as I also live in a hot windy place with a small garden.
