What plants do you suggest for a 1 month plant experiment?

I’m doing an experiment on plant growth at school. I need the experiment results within a month or so, and I’m trying to find a plant that is small and can grow quickly. Do you have any ideas for plants that can grow fairly quickly, but is easy to take care of and is fairly small?

Beans are the best. Soak some seeds in wet cotton wool and water regularly. If you can’t find bean seeds then go for Mung beans.

just get some matured bean pods and separate seeds and plant them.. Mung beans are also good.

I have heard bamboo grows very fast; as much as one foot in a night. Worth a shot.
